What you will do

• Own end-to-end social strategy and execution across X, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Define the brand voice and create a channel-by-channel social media playbook.
• Write copy, produce/edit short-form video, schedule posts, and monitor performance daily.
• Run an always-on presence: newsjack major moments, engage with the community, and post with speed and judgment.
• Lead social strategy for launches, partnerships, conferences, and announcements end-to-end.
• Identify and engage KOLs/creators and build an AI-augmented production stack to scale output.

Requirements

• 5+ years owning social media for a high-growth crypto brand with a proven track record of growing channels directly.
• Strong portfolio of personally created content (posts/threads, short-form video, campaigns) with metrics.
• Demonstrably crypto-native: fluent discussion of Chainlink, DeFi, stablecoins, RWAs, and the broader ecosystem.
• Deep fluency with AI tools across the social workflow.
• Track record of growing audiences and driving engagement on X and other key channels (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok).
• Ability to overlap some working hours with Eastern Standard Time (EST).
