What you will do

• Scale the social ecosystem across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook, including UGC and AI creator-led formats.
• Convert social media into a measurable growth channel focusing on organic acquisition and revenue contribution.
• Build and operate a structured content engine covering trend discovery, production, and performance analysis.
• Lead a lean cross-functional production team consisting of designers, creators, and nutrition experts.
• Implement AI-assisted workflows for research, ideation, scripting, and editing to increase content velocity.
• Run viral experimentation through sub-brand and R&D accounts to test winning formats.

Requirements

• Must be based in Poland, Armenia, Cyprus, Portugal, Serbia, Spain, or the UK.
• Proven experience scaling a consumer product's social presence by 1M+ followers across multiple channels.
• Demonstrated ability to meaningfully increase social-driven revenue or conversion rates.
• Experience leading cross-functional creative teams and owning production budgets.
• Hands-on experience embedding generative AI tools (video, voice, image) into real production workflows.
• 4+ years of experience in Social Media, Content Strategy, or Organic Growth for consumer products.
