What you will do

• Concept and produce performance creative end-to-end across paid social, CTV, and emerging channels.
• Elevate visual quality, pacing, and storytelling to enhance brand equity while maintaining performance.
• Develop creative hooks, angles, and frameworks based on performance data.
• Manage and direct external agency and production partners through detailed briefs and quality checks.
• Edit videos directly to iterate and polish ads at speed without sacrificing quality.
• Utilize AI tools for ideation, scripting, and asset generation to accelerate workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years in performance-driven creative production at a media agency or DTC/app-based company.
• Proven track record of producing high-performing creative for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and CTV.
• Strong intuition for hooks, pacing, and CTAs that drive conversions.
• Fluency in video editing tools for fast, premium iteration.
• Experience with generative AI tools for creative production.
• Eligibility to work in the US or Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience in both a performance media agency and a brand/design agency.
