Location: Must be based in the US; role is remote with regular in-person founder/brand sprints in San Francisco.

Salary: $150,000 – $270,000

What you will do

  • Own the consumer brand system, including positioning, messaging, visual identity, and narrative architecture.
  • Build a social-first creative engine across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms to drive trust and engagement.
  • Develop integrated brand campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels to move measurable awareness and conversion.
  • Create a trust architecture that balances clinical credibility with emotionally resonant storytelling.
  • Hire and manage a high-performing team across brand strategy, design, social, content, and PR.
  • Partner with growth, clinical, and legal teams to ensure all consumer touchpoints are accurate, defensible, and aligned with care delivery.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, creative strategy, or integrated marketing at a high-growth consumer or regulated company.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience with direct ownership of strategy, execution, and measurable business impact.
  • Deep social and cultural fluency across major platforms with a portfolio demonstrating excellent consumer brand work.
  • Strong brand-performance judgment with the ability to defend investments using metrics like branded search, CAC contribution, and conversion lift.
  • Excellent writing and messaging instincts with high creative taste across copy, design, and video.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US (US Visa Sponsorship available).

Nice to have

  • Experience at breakout consumer brands like Function Health, Hims & Hers, Ro, Oura, or similar.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare trust dynamics and regulatory scrutiny in marketing.
