Location: Dallas, TX, USA (Hybrid: three days in the office, two days remote)

What you will do
- Partner with senior leadership and department heads to assess learning needs and align training solutions with strategic business goals.
- Advise stakeholders on instructional design best practices and recommend learning strategies that improve performance and engagement.
- Design tailored learning solutions, including leadership development programs, and create instructional materials (eLearning modules, facilitator guides, workbooks, job aids, and multimedia content).
- Apply adult learning principles and modern methodologies (ADDIE, SAM) to build engaging, interactive, scalable learning experiences.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and presentations for diverse employee groups, delivering both virtual and in-person sessions.
- Define learning objectives and use data-driven evaluation to measure effectiveness, refine programs using feedback/analytics, and manage external vendors when needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in a learning and development role, including L&D consulting or a similar position.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training delivery techniques.
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS), eLearning tools, and virtual training platforms; Workday LMS experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills for diverse stakeholders and learner groups.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, including creating and adhering to timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
