What you will do

• Serve as the primary architect and subject matter expert for the growing behavioral health program.
• Monitor program performance using KPIs such as patient engagement, symptom improvement, and readmission rates.
• Deliver psychiatric care, including e-consults and direct patient care, to ensure therapeutic optimization.
• Provide clinical oversight and targeted feedback to the behavioral health team through chart reviews and visit shadowing.
• Partner with operational leaders and social workers to design and refine the clinical care model.
• Champion a patient-centered culture and advocate for behavioral health equity and accessibility.

Requirements

• Board-certified psychiatrist with at least 2 years of clinical experience in adult psychiatry.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Experience building integrated behavioral health clinical programs.
• Experience managing other behavioral health clinicians.
• Experience serving Medicare Advantage and/or Medicaid populations.
• Geriatric psychiatry experience.
