What you will do

• Identify and solicit new business opportunities while building rapport with potential clients.
• Manage existing client accounts, support service renewals, and cross-sell additional service lines.
• Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to prepare proposals and qualifications.
• Conduct outbound calls and respond to client inquiries to explain service value.
• Maintain accurate sales data, pipeline tracking, and project status reports.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth risks and opportunities.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Boston, Massachusetts
• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of experience as an Inside Sales Representative.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional customer service and active listening skills.
• Ability to perform in high-pressure environments with minimal supervision.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Familiarity with government contract tracking systems like GovWin or Deltek.
• Previous experience working within a professional services firm.
