Location: Must work from the Stockholm office 4+ days per week

What you will do
- Build and grow relationships with key clients and agency partners to exceed performance expectations.
- Partner with internal teams to develop innovative, insight-driven digital campaigns.
- Manage complex projects and cross-functional collaboration for campaign execution.
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, optimize results, and provide upsell recommendations.
- Educate brands and agencies on product best practices and bespoke campaign optimizations.
- Drive adoption of self-service platforms and auction-based tools through technical support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or marketing.
- 3+ years of experience in digital media, ad-tech, or programmatic advertising.
- Full proficiency in Swedish and English.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work onsite in Stockholm 4+ days per week.

- Understanding of biddable auction advertising environments.
