Account Manager (Customer Success) (SaaS): Commercial ownership of existing customer portfolios to drive retention and expansion within an iPaaS platform with an accent on revenue growth and strategic account planning. Location: Hybrid in Sweden; must live in Sweden with a valid work permit. Preferred visits to Stockholm office weekly/monthly.
Salary: 55,000 – 65,000 SEK per month + uncapped commission

What you will do
- Drive renewals, upsell opportunities, and revenue growth across a scaled customer portfolio.
- Identify and close expansion opportunities by understanding customer roadmaps, pain points, and strategic initiatives.
- Act as a strategic commercial partner to mid-market and enterprise organizations to unlock business value.
- Lead strategic business reviews with C-level and senior stakeholders focused on ROI and value realization.
- Collaborate with delivery-side Account Managers and Solution Architects to ensure customer success.
- Monitor customer health and commercial risks using CRM insights and health scores to prioritize activities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS/PaaS account management with a strong sales orientation.
- Fluency in Swedish and professional English.
- Must be based in Sweden with a valid work permit.
- Familiarity with high-impact SaaS sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger Sales.
- Proven ability to engage and negotiate with CIOs, IT Directors, and business leaders.
- University degree strongly preferred.
