Winback Specialist (SaaS)

Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite); must be based in Oslo (Norway), Stockholm (Sweden), or Copenhagen (Denmark). No relocation support provided.

What you will do

• Proactively engage with existing and churned Norwegian customers to prevent and reverse churn.
• Investigate reasons for customer churn and develop effective re-engagement strategies.
• Act as the primary contact for churned clients, providing exceptional service and support during the winback process.
• Ensure accurate and timely data management for winback activities to support reliable reporting.
• Manage cancellation requests and oversee the correct setup of new agreements.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in outbound sales or proactive customer-facing roles within a SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets and KPIs.
• Strong communication skills, including proficiency in cold calling and persuasive writing.
• Fluency in Norwegian and/or Swedish, as well as English.
• Must already be based in or have existing work authorization for Norway, Sweden, or Denmark.

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Prior experience within the public procurement market.
• Consultative mindset with the ability to tailor value propositions to customer needs.
