What you will do

  • Lead and execute strategic sales for the Nordic region to drive ARR.
  • Manage a high-performing sales team and oversee pipeline/forecasting accuracy.
  • Engage with C-suite executives in new and existing enterprise accounts.
  • Collaborate with the hirify.global ecosystem and channel partners to drive sales.
  • Articulate HashiCorp's vision and align technical solutions to customer business needs.
  • Analyze market trends and represent the company at industry events.

Requirements

  • 8-12+ years of B2B enterprise sales and strategic customer development experience with a proven track record.
  • Proficiency in cloud, infrastructure software, IT operations, security, and DevOps.
  • Strong leadership, executive presence, and communication skills.
  • High operational discipline, including MEDDPICC and Salesforce proficiency.
  • Fluency in English is required, and native-like proficiency in a Scandinavian language (particularly Swedish) is necessary.
  • Willingness and ability to travel nationally and occasionally globally.
