What you will do
- Lead and execute strategic sales for the Nordic region to drive ARR.
- Manage a high-performing sales team and oversee pipeline/forecasting accuracy.
- Engage with C-suite executives in new and existing enterprise accounts.
- Collaborate with the ecosystem and channel partners to drive sales.
- Articulate HashiCorp's vision and align technical solutions to customer business needs.
- Analyze market trends and represent the company at industry events.
Requirements
- 8-12+ years of B2B enterprise sales and strategic customer development experience with a proven track record.
- Proficiency in cloud, infrastructure software, IT operations, security, and DevOps.
- Strong leadership, executive presence, and communication skills.
- High operational discipline, including MEDDPICC and Salesforce proficiency.
- Fluency in English is required, and native-like proficiency in a Scandinavian language (particularly Swedish) is necessary.
- Willingness and ability to travel nationally and occasionally globally.
