What you will do

• Achieve production targets by prioritizing work according to the department plan.
• Optimize operational efficiency to maximize output and minimize waste.
• Maintain consistent quality standards and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor team performance, conduct PDRs, and manage recruitment and onboarding.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and orderly department in compliance with all regulations.
• Deputize for the Head of Department and maintain effective communication across shifts.
