What you will do

• Operate various types of process equipment in a safe and efficient manner to produce high-quality cables.
• Run machines and processes to achieve the highest possible output.
• Perform set-up preparation, quality in-process testing, and measurement.
• Manage data entry, record-keeping, and material supply for the production line.
• Maintain cleaning and housekeeping standards while supporting a Zero Harm safety culture.

Requirements

• Previous experience working in a factory environment is preferred.
• GSCE level or equivalent in Maths and English as a minimum.
• Basic keyboard skills and IT aptitude for maintaining work records.
• Strong safety ethic and a positive, proactive attitude toward operational targets.
• Ability to work a staggered 4 on, 4 off shift pattern (including days and nights).
