TL;DR

Channel Account Manager: Managing and enabling the success of existing partners while growing adoption of hirify.global’s product suite with an accent on ISO/ISV partner support, account planning, and revenue growth. Focus on building partner relationships, driving upsell/cross-sell, resolving issues, and using reporting/analytics to improve client satisfaction and performance.

Location: Cape Town, South Africa

Salary: R330,000 - R350,000 per annum (base) + commission (OTE: R478,300 - R498,300 per annum)

What you will do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned partners, serving as the main point of contact for inquiries, requests, and issues.
  • Develop account plans with objectives, goals, and action steps; align with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to deliver value.
  • Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities to grow revenue and expand the client portfolio.
  • Resolve partner concerns in a timely manner, escalate complex issues when needed, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain accurate interaction records and produce regular reports on account activity, sales performance, and satisfaction metrics using data and analytics.

Requirements

  • Attendance within the Cape Town office for US working hours is required for this role.
  • Bachelor’s degree or demonstrated experience in a related field.
  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
