What you will do

  • Acquire and exceed monthly sales quotas for Enterprise-sized accounts within assigned territory.
  • Promote and sell hirify.global’s product suite to existing customers to drive cross-sales and expansion.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline through various prospecting methods and lead follow-ups.
  • Conduct product demos and articulate value propositions to customers.
  • Collaborate with Channel sales, Customer Success Managers, and Renewal Specialists to close deals and grow accounts.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and support renewal processes to increase account commitment.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Cape Town, South Africa
  • 3+ years experience selling to Enterprise-sized businesses.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education desirable.
  • Familiarity with IT, Security, or Cybersecurity industry concepts preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Gmail, Google Docs, and MS Office.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and able to work with minimal supervision.
