Salary: Base R99/hour + Up to R66/hour Incentives

What you will do

• Manage 200+ inbound and outbound warm calls weekly.
• Close new customers and upsell recurring service plans.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and adhere to data protection policies.
• Meet and exceed defined sales metrics and quality standards.
• Handle calls lasting 6–15 minutes specifically with U.S. customers.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of telesales or BPO experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Hardware: Desktop/laptop (Core i5, 8GB RAM min), dual monitors, and noise-canceling headset.
• Connectivity: Stable Ethernet (50mbps download / 25mbps upload) with a backup internet connection.
• Power: Backup power source (UPS or generator) is required to handle power interruptions.
• Environment: A quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions.
