What you will do

• Manage and nurture 25–30 client accounts across various industries.
• Act as the main point of contact, translating technical marketing updates into clear, client-friendly communication.
• Coordinate with the internal delivery team to ensure project deliverables are met on time.
• Oversee project pipelines and organize tasks using ClickUp to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Track and analyze campaign performance data to provide clients with insightful reports and recommendations.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Account Manager or Client Success Manager.
• Experience working in digital marketing agencies is required.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.
• Proficiency in organizational tools and CRMs like ClickUp or GoHighLevel.
• Solid understanding of Web design, SEO, and Google Ads.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
