What you will do

  • Drive sustainable and profitable service revenue growth and maximize Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
  • Manage the full service-attach lifecycle, from initial attach to contract renewal, upsell, and cross-sell.
  • Collaborate with Product and Key Account Sales to implement contract sales initiatives and enable standard service sales.
  • Design service solutions for large or non-standard deals in coordination with Field Service and Support teams.
  • Maintain a precise sales pipeline in CRM and provide dependable monthly forecasts for the territory.
  • Leverage AI and digital tools to enhance sales effectiveness and optimize commercial positioning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Management or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of proven track record in B2B Sales, preferably in Service/Solution Sales or Business Development.
  • Profound experience in value selling techniques and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Solid experience using CRM, pipeline management, and forecast tools.
  • Professional proficiency in English and the primary language of the assigned territory.
