TL;DR

Strategic Implementation & Process Improvement Consultant (Insurance): Driving key initiatives to support the growth and operational effectiveness of the Worksite Distribution organization with an accent on process optimization, project leadership, and stakeholder alignment. Focus on identifying strategic opportunities, implementing scalable solutions, and ensuring measurable business results across sales and field operations.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from Springfield, IL or Dallas, TX

Salary: $76,600 - $106,450 annually

What you will do

  • Partner with sales leadership to identify and execute strategic growth initiatives.
  • Lead high-impact projects from concept through execution and post-launch evaluation.
  • Analyze and improve existing processes to enhance efficiency and user experience.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and success metrics for operational excellence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across business units to foster collaboration.
  • Communicate project status and outcomes to leadership and field stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of experience within the insurance industry.
  • Proven experience leading projects and managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong background in process development and continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated success in influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Ability to work in a standard office environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting sales organizations or distribution channels.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and change management principles.
  • Familiarity with Worksite, Voluntary Benefits, or Insurance Distribution operations.
