What you will do

• Partner with consultants to manage end-to-end client relationships and service delivery.
• Oversee new client onboarding and renewal implementation processes, including technical tool setup.
• Manage client reporting, deliverables, and internal/external documentation accuracy.
• Facilitate client communications, including calls, meeting notes, and follow-up items.
• Provide high-quality client service within the scope of professional skill sets.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Previous applicable work experience in a client-facing or administrative role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel.
• Insurance license required (can be obtained within 90 days of hire).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
