Salary: $120,000 – $165,000

What you will do
- Serve as an engagement director or subject matter expert for clinical performance improvement projects.
- Lead performance improvement work teams to develop and implement future-state processes.
- Develop project plans, client-facing materials, and strategic recommendations.
- Mentor and coach junior staff members supporting project workstreams.
- Interface effectively with client nursing leadership and labor initiative stakeholders.
- Develop thought leadership content such as white papers and conference presentations.
Requirements
- Must have legal right to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
- 6+ years of clinical performance improvement consulting experience OR 10+ years of relevant industry experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field; Master’s degree preferred (or enrollment required within 3 years).
- Expertise in inpatient nursing operations, workforce planning, and productivity infrastructure.
- Proven change management skills and ability to lead process redesign.
- Advanced proficiency in data analytics and benchmarking tools.

- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Board Certification in area of subject matter expertise.
