What you will do

• Build and manage strategic enterprise accounts across Poland, focusing on financial services and insurance.
• Identify opportunities for conversational AI, customer engagement, contact-center automation, and operational efficiency.
• Lead consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and develop business cases for senior executives and economic buyers.
• Create account strategies that expand ElevenLabs’ presence within the Polish financial-services sector.
• Navigate complex procurement, legal, and organizational structures to accelerate deal execution.
• Partner with Customer Success, field development, and Solutions Engineering on onboarding, deployment, and account expansion.

Requirements

• 7+ years of quota-carrying strategic sales experience in SaaS or technology.
• Proven success closing complex enterprise deals involving business, IT, legal, and procurement stakeholders.
• Established network among senior decision-makers in Poland’s financial-services sector, with C-suite and board-level presence.
• Experience selling technical solutions to product and engineering leaders and translating technology into business value.
• Strong understanding of enterprise procurement and legal processes in Poland.
• Native or full professional proficiency in Polish and strong English for internal collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI, generative AI, LLM-based products, or API-driven platforms.
• Knowledge of voice and audio AI, virtual agents, IVR modernization, or in-app assistants.
