What you will do

• Manage core HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding.
• Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers on US HR policy and workplace concerns.
• Partner with management to support employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and manage government reporting including EEO-1 and ACA.
• Oversee payroll coordination and benefits administration in partnership with external vendors.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation within HRIS systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of HR experience, ideally in a generalist role.
• Specialist in US employment law and core HR disciplines.
• Hands-on experience with benefits administration and leave management.
• Proficiency with HRIS and payroll platforms.
• Must be based in or able to work in Austin, Texas (Hybrid setup).
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain high confidentiality.
