Location: In-office position based out of Rockstar’s NYC headquarters in Downtown Manhattan

Salary: $80,000 — $105,000 USD

What you will do

• Participate in global HR workstreams and support the Senior HR Operations Manager to deliver critical milestones on time.
• Enhance HR processes and recommend system improvements.
• Coordinate and triage internal communications across global HR and partner teams.
• Create and maintain documentation for processes, programs, handbooks, and user guides.
• Design and perform regular audits to maintain data integrity across transactional systems.
• Track HR and employment law regulatory changes and new technologies relevant to HR operations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of HR experience partnering with a client group or business unit in HR operations (including payroll, benefits, and HRIS management).
• Strong HRIS experience, including Workday (or similar HRIS).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with tools such as Adobe and Monday.com.
• Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple actions in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive tasks with discretion.

Nice to have

• Global HR experience in large matrix environments.
• Experience in creative industries (video games, film, television, music).
