TL;DR

Partnerships Sales Lead (Gamedev): Driving new brand partnership business across a portfolio of top Roblox games with an accent on pipeline generation and high-value deal closing. Focus on building strategic relationships with senior marketing stakeholders and global agencies to integrate brands into UGC gaming platforms.

Location: Must be US-based. Based in New York, NY or Los Angeles, CA, or able to be in these cities at least 2x per month. Significant travel expected.

A leading gaming company focused on the Roblox ecosystem, home to several of the platform's most-visited games including Brookhaven and Driving Empire.

What you will do

  • Generate a consistent flow of qualified leads through outbound outreach, conferences, and industry relationships.
  • Build deep relationships with senior decision-makers at major holding companies (WPP, Publicis, Dentsu, etc.) and consumer brands.
  • Close six- and seven-figure advertising and integration deals.
  • Partner with the Brand Partnerships team to develop tailored proposals, pitch decks, and go-to-market packages.
  • Analyze market trends in gaming activations to refine hirify.global's partnership offerings and positioning.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of digital or gaming media sales experience.
  • 2+ years of experience selling gaming advertising integrations into UGC gaming platforms (Roblox preferred).
  • Proven track record of generating pipeline and closing high-value deals.
  • Established relationships with media/marketing agencies that manage gaming budgets.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Specific experience selling advertising integrations on Roblox.
  • Existing relationships at major agencies like Omnicom, Publicis, WPP, or Dentsu.
  • Familiarity with the broader Roblox ecosystem or hirify.global's games.
