What you will do

• Identify and prospect new business relationships with top TTRPG publishers, indie creators, and digital asset developers.
• Structure and close deals for promotions, ensuring value for customers and revenue for partners.
• Manage the full lifecycle of promotions from initial concept and outreach to final site launch.
• Maintain deep knowledge of TTRPG trends, systems, and crowdfunding successes to inform strategy.
• Serve as the primary liaison for partners, including strategic planning and attendance at industry conventions.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Creative teams to execute complex digital promotions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of business development, licensing, or sales experience in digital retail, publishing, or tabletop gaming.
• Deep, authentic passion for TTRPGs and the gaming community with fluency in modern digital tabletop ecosystems.
• Excellent negotiation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently on multiple projects with strong ownership.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Ability to travel 1-2 times per year for industry events and conferences.
