What you will do
- Prepare renewal quotes and license agreements for online products in accordance with established targets.
- Act as the primary point of contact for international customers regarding contract execution and daily operations.
- Manage and update renewal tracking tools and provide usage statistics to the sales team.
- Coordinate with Finance, Legal, and Product management to align contracts, invoices, and legal requests.
- Maintain high data quality within the Salesforce CRM and generate reports on renewal progress.
- Collaborate with subscription agents to obtain purchase orders and solve order queries.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent with a commercial interest.
- Fluent English proficiency (written and oral) is required.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Dordrecht office.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel.
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM and contracting systems.
- Strong numeracy, organizational, and time management skills.

- Proficiency in German, Spanish, Italian, or French.
