What you will do

  • Own and execute expansion strategies to identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders to act as a trusted advisor.
  • Build and execute tailored account plans, including regular business reviews.
  • Monitor product adoption and usage metrics to ensure customers realize value.
  • Take full ownership of revenue targets and consistently deliver against quota.
  • Maintain rigorous pipeline management and accurate forecasting within Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B sales or account management experience.
  • Native Dutch language proficiency required.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify growth opportunities.
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM for pipeline management.
  • Ability to forecast and manage performance metrics.
