What you will do
- Own and execute expansion strategies to identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders to act as a trusted advisor.
- Build and execute tailored account plans, including regular business reviews.
- Monitor product adoption and usage metrics to ensure customers realize value.
- Take full ownership of revenue targets and consistently deliver against quota.
- Maintain rigorous pipeline management and accurate forecasting within Salesforce.
Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B sales or account management experience.
- Native Dutch language proficiency required.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify growth opportunities.
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM for pipeline management.
- Ability to forecast and manage performance metrics.
