TL;DR
Enterprise Account Executive (Enterprise SaaS): Own and grow a defined Northern Europe enterprise territory by building pipeline, landing net-new logos, and expanding strategic accounts with an accent on full-cycle consultative selling to technical buyers and orchestrating multi-stakeholder deals. Focus on MEDDIC/MEDDPICC-driven discovery, technical validation/evaluation, and closing high-impact six/seven-figure agreements with rigorous CRM hygiene and forecast accuracy.
Location: Remote (Northern Europe: UK&I, Nordics & Benelux). Customer travel as needed.

What you will do
- Own and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets across a defined Northern Europe enterprise territory.
- Proactively build pipeline (≥50%+ sourced by you) via outbound prospecting and territory/account planning.
- Run deep discovery and qualification using MEDDIC/MEDDPICC to uncover pain, impact, decision process, criteria, and evidence before forecasting.
- Manage the full sales cycle end-to-end: discovery, demos, technical validation/evaluation, proposals, procurement, and negotiations.
- Translate technical value into measurable business outcomes (efficiency, risk reduction, speed-to-delivery) and coordinate multi-threaded deals across stakeholders.
- Maintain pipeline hygiene, forecast accuracy, and account notes in Salesforce; partner with Solutions Engineering, SDRs, Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Success.
Requirements
- Experience selling enterprise SaaS with a quota-carrying track record (5+ years) and consistent overachievement.
- Ability to sell to technical buyers (developers are the ICP) and fluency with executive + technical stakeholders.
- Proven complex deal leadership across multiple stakeholders with longer cycles, procurement/legal steps, and high scrutiny.
- Strong methodology-driven execution using MEDDIC/MEDDPICC for predictable outcomes.
- Operational discipline: rigorous CRM hygiene, forecast rigor, and evidence-based next steps.
- Existing market expertise and network in Northern Europe enterprises (UK&I, Nordics & Benelux), plus relevant languages.
