Location: Must be based in the Netherlands, ideally in Rotterdam, or able to commute to the Rotterdam office at least twice a week.

What you will do

  • Own and grow a portfolio of mid-market accounts across the Benelux region.
  • Drive net new revenue through upsell, cross-sell, and expansion strategies.
  • Lead the full commercial cycle in collaboration with Customer Success teams.
  • Build credibility with operational, commercial, and executive stakeholders.
  • Translate customer needs into compelling commercial solutions that deliver measurable value.
  • Run structured account planning, forecasting, and business reviews.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven experience in account management within SaaS or technology.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch (C1 level).
  • Must be based in the Netherlands, ideally in Rotterdam, or able to commute to the office at least twice a week.
  • Strong track record of growing accounts and increasing ARR.
  • Experience working in mid-market or complex customer environments.
  • Commercially astute with the ability to identify growth opportunities and influence executive stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Additional language skills, particularly French or German.
  • Background in construction, telematics, or fleet environments.
  • Proven success selling into rental companies or contractors.
  • Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools such as Salesforce, Amplemarket, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
