What you will do
- Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth within a defined set of commercial accounts.
- Develop and execute territory and account plans to identify whitespace and accelerate pipeline creation.
- Lead complex, consultative sales cycles from discovery through negotiation and closing.
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting, partner engagement, and marketing leads.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and executive-level decision-makers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Solution Consulting, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful deal execution.
Requirements
- 4+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, cloud, or enterprise software.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets and managing full sales cycles.
- Fluent in English; Dutch language skills are strongly preferred.
- Strong consultative selling, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic, matrixed environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Nice to have
- Experience selling CCaaS, CX, or digital transformation solutions.
- Knowledge of the Dutch commercial market and local business landscape.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Experience working with channel or alliance partners.
