What you will do

  • Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth within a defined set of commercial accounts.
  • Develop and execute territory and account plans to identify whitespace and accelerate pipeline creation.
  • Lead complex, consultative sales cycles from discovery through negotiation and closing.
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting, partner engagement, and marketing leads.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and executive-level decision-makers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Solution Consulting, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful deal execution.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, cloud, or enterprise software.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets and managing full sales cycles.
  • Fluent in English; Dutch language skills are strongly preferred.
  • Strong consultative selling, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic, matrixed environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling CCaaS, CX, or digital transformation solutions.
  • Knowledge of the Dutch commercial market and local business landscape.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Experience working with channel or alliance partners.
