What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on all operational and service-related matters.
• Manage the execution of client contracts, service packages, and deliverables in alignment with contractual requirements.
• Coordinate across engineering, operations, billing, and sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Identify and pursue upsell opportunities, including additional events and equipment solutions, to drive revenue growth.
• Maintain accurate account information and pipeline visibility within Salesforce and internal systems.
• Proactively identify and manage delivery risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful outcomes.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, Broadcast Production, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in account management, client services, or production management.
• Proven experience managing client contracts and complex accounts.
• Strong relationship management skills and a client-first mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience using ScheduAll, Xytech System, SAGE, or similar production tools.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.
• Experience in broadcast production, media services, or sports broadcasting environments.
• Familiarity with production scheduling systems and operational reporting.
