What you will do

  • Lead and develop a team of 5-8 sales representatives to reach gross profit and budget commitments.
  • Coach and mentor team members to strengthen their commercial, technical, and business capabilities.
  • Partner with customer QA, operations, and food safety teams, particularly in beef and poultry processing.
  • Identify efficiency improvements and manage costs to strengthen business processes.
  • Collaborate with Key Account Managers to execute shared accountability plans.
  • Ensure alignment with company systems, policies, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or be able to work in Anaheim, California, USA.
  • College degree and professional experience in B2B sales (specialty chemicals preferred).
  • 2-3 years of experience leading or managing a sales team.
  • Practical expertise in food and beverage processing, including Cleaning & Disinfection (C&D), Water Treatment, and Food Safety programs.
  • Experience with intervention applications in beef and/or poultry processing is highly preferred.
