What you will do

• Act as the primary client-facing point of accountability for data and AI transformation programmes.
• Lead engagement planning, mobilisation, and delivery oversight using appropriate governance frameworks.
• Manage project controls including RAID logs, financial tracking, and status reporting.
• Collaborate with account teams on revenue forecasting, margin management, and scope variations.
• Drive stakeholder management plans and communicate programme status to executive audiences.
• Manage cross-functional delivery squads, third-party vendors, and client-side resources.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a client-facing professional services delivery role within an MSP or digital consultancy.
• Proven track record of managing concurrent, complex programmes in data or AI domains.
• Demonstrable experience delivering AI or ML-enabled products to enterprise clients.
• Strong proficiency with Agile tooling including Jira, Azure DevOps, and GitHub/GitLab.
• Exceptional negotiation skills with experience influencing at the C-suite level.
