What you will do
- Manage the day-to-day running of busy client paid social accounts (or multiple accounts).
- Oversee and support more junior team members in delivering paid social campaigns.
- Set up, optimize, and improve paid social campaigns across key social channels.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Present to clients and lead calls as required.
- Compile end-of-campaign reports and structure regular client review presentations (e.g., QBRs, annual reviews).
Requirements
- Experience in a digital marketing or agency-based role with a track record working with clients or external stakeholders.
- Extensive experience setting up and optimizing paid social campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snap, and TikTok.
- Experience planning large-scale paid social campaigns, ideally across brand and direct-response objectives.
- Ability to compile detailed end-of-campaign reports and deliver structured client review presentations (QBRs/annual reviews).
- Comfort presenting to clients and leading calls.
- Collaborative, friendly, can-do attitude with strong relationship-building skills.
