TL;DR

Channel Lead (Social Media/Performance): Lead integrated channel strategy and deliver high-performing campaigns across multiple social platforms with an accent on full-funnel planning, KPI definition, and measurement/attribution. Focus on driving paid social performance, testing and innovation (A/B, creative experimentation), and shaping modern advertising approaches while supporting senior client strategy.

What you will do

  • Create connected social approaches across teams, including full-funnel planning and alignment to business impact.
  • Collaborate with Account Management and Growth/New Business teams on pitches, proposals, and integrated campaign delivery.
  • Lead paid/performance and measurement approaches for new business and growth, including tailored responses.
  • Review and improve the tech stack and tools to ensure effective delivery against client objectives.
  • Own strategy, structure, and success of the Media and Performance department, implementing operational standards across accounts.
  • Drive performance across accounts using reporting insight, training, KPI setting, and experimentation (A/B testing, alphas/betas, creative trials).

Requirements

  • New business and pitch experience working with integrated teams.
  • Experience with social tool stack for broader social understanding (e.g., Sprout, Meltwater, Supermetrics, RivalIQ).
  • In-depth paid social experience managing ads on Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, and Pinterest.
  • Experience with tracking and analytics setup (e.g., UTMs, dashboard maintenance) and tools such as GA4 and Adobe Analytics.
  • Experience with measurement frameworks, attribution, and driving results across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Experience working with both B2B and B2C clients, including global clients.

Nice to have

  • Experience in other channels such as Paid Search, Programmatic, or Display.
