What you will do

• Lead global paid social strategy across sports and casino verticals, managing full-funnel planning and execution.
• Oversee campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, X, and Reddit to ensure KPI delivery and ROI.
• Develop audience segmentation, retargeting strategies, and creative testing frameworks.
• Manage significant budgets and forecast performance across multiple international markets.
• Ensure compliance with brand positioning, regulatory standards, and responsible gaming requirements.
• Collaborate with CRM, Retention, Sponsorship, and Finance teams to provide performance insights.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from North London, UK
• Proven experience managing large-scale paid social campaigns for major B2C brands.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in reporting tools, attribution models, and mobile measurement partners like AppsFlyer.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to translate data into actionable revenue-driving decisions.
• Experience briefing and optimizing high-impact creative formats.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
