Location: Remote - US (NorthEast area preferred). Must be based in the US; no work visa sponsorship provided.
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 base + commissions

What you will do
- Own the full sales cycles by engaging with customers throughout their adoption of services.
- Generate and maintain active engagements with prospects to consistently meet and exceed sales quotas.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for assigned territories in alignment with company direction.
- Manage and accelerate the sales pipeline using tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, and Zoominfo.
- Prepare and deliver business reviews to senior management regarding quarterly strategies.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in database, data management, DBaaS, or cloud sales.
- Proven ability to manage large enterprise opportunities and run complex sales cycles.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to convey business value of complex solutions.
- Must be based in the United States; no work visa sponsorship is provided.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to have
- Experience selling open source software solutions.
- Knowledge of cloud databases or data integration technologies.
- Experience working at a growth startup.
- Track record of managing partners, including global system integrators and software vendors.
