Location: Must be based in the United States with alignment to LATAM time zones. Travel: Up to 40–50% (Regional and International).

What you will do
- Own and execute a strategic account plan for named enterprise accounts across LATAM.
- Drive new business, expansion, and retention within major financial, telecommunications, and retail sectors.
- Manage multi-threaded sales cycles, navigating complex legal, procurement, and fiscal requirements.
- Build and maintain strong C-level relationships to position the platform as a long-term strategic partner.
- Act as the quarterback for regional resources, including Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing.
- Develop pipeline by leveraging cloud partnerships (AWS, Azure, GCP) and regional system integrators.
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of enterprise software sales experience with a specific focus on the LATAM market.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required; proficiency in Portuguese is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of navigating procurement and security hurdles of Multilatinas and Global 2000 accounts.
- Experience selling database, infrastructure, or SaaS technologies.
- Strong command of MEDDIC, Challenger, or equivalent sales methodologies.
- Willingness to travel up to 40–50% across the region and to the US for headquarters alignment.
