What you will do

  • Build and evolve commercial propositions for Global Clients to maximize growth and profitability for the agency and its clients.
  • Partner with Global Client Leads on pricing, staffing, and contribution margin for hubbed activity.
  • Lead the pricing of team structures and implement performance-related fee models and incentive mechanisms.
  • Liaise with client legal and procurement teams on contract drafting, review, and NDAs.
  • Drive financial forecasting and pre-month-end reviews in partnership with FP&A, Reporting, and Controllership.
  • Partner with Resource Management and finance operations to optimize margin and portfolio performance.

Requirements

  • Must be based in London, United Kingdom
  • Deep expertise in Commercial Finance and Pricing, ideally within a media environment.
  • Experience in multi-market operations and working capital management.
  • Proven track record of senior stakeholder management and commercial partnering.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Previous experience working within a Media Agency.
