What you will do
- Build and evolve commercial propositions for Global Clients to maximize growth and profitability for the agency and its clients.
- Partner with Global Client Leads on pricing, staffing, and contribution margin for hubbed activity.
- Lead the pricing of team structures and implement performance-related fee models and incentive mechanisms.
- Liaise with client legal and procurement teams on contract drafting, review, and NDAs.
- Drive financial forecasting and pre-month-end reviews in partnership with FP&A, Reporting, and Controllership.
- Partner with Resource Management and finance operations to optimize margin and portfolio performance.
Requirements
- Must be based in London, United Kingdom
- Deep expertise in Commercial Finance and Pricing, ideally within a media environment.
- Experience in multi-market operations and working capital management.
- Proven track record of senior stakeholder management and commercial partnering.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Previous experience working within a Media Agency.
