What you will do
- Manage day-to-day relationships with external Agent teams to drive growth across key categories and retail accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Legal, Finance, and Category to ensure clear communication and project delivery.
- Oversee the quarterly forecast cycle and track deal memos to ensure business growth aligns with strategic targets.
- Manage retail promotion and marketing approvals, acting as a brand guardian for all submissions.
- Coordinate business review presentations and maintain retail calendars for agent markets.
- Handle administrative tasks including database maintenance, expense management, and invoice processing via SAP.
Requirements
- Must be based in London, UK
- Demonstrable business management experience within a cross-cultural environment.
- Proven track record in managing commercial partners and stakeholders.
- Experience in the management and delivery of retail marketing campaigns.
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to prioritize parallel workstreams and manage multiple workflows under tight deadlines.
