Location: Hybrid (3 days in office) in Cardiff or Bicester, United Kingdom

What you will do

• Drive business growth through proactive strategy development and strong pipeline management.
• Lead and oversee proposals, ensuring high-quality scientific narratives and appropriate commercial framing.
• Hold accountability for P&L within the function to ensure sustainable growth and cost control.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing writing and value communications team.
• Partner with the Creative Director to ensure integrated, high-impact communication combining science with creative execution.
• Represent the business externally through conferences and industry engagement.

Requirements

• Extensive experience delivering value communication and medical writing materials.
• Proven experience leading medical writing/value communication teams in a consultancy or commercial research environment.
• Strong commercial acumen, including P&L responsibility and pipeline management.
• Track record of winning business and building trusted client relationships.
• A higher degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant technical discipline.
