What you will do

• Lead post-sale account management for branded content, experiential, social, and event campaigns.
• Serve as the senior client relationship lead, ensuring flawless execution from contract to campaign wrap.
• Quarterback cross-functional teams including Editorial, Sales, Creative, and Production to align priorities.
• Manage program financials, including SOW adherence, scope management, and margin protection.
• Develop and coach an account team while driving process improvements for scalability.
• Identify organic growth opportunities within existing accounts in partnership with Sales.

Requirements

• 12+ years of account management experience at a top-tier publisher or creative agency.
• Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-stakeholder programs for sophisticated brand clients.
• Experience managing teams of 5+ and developing account talent.
• Fluency across editorial, branded content, social, experiential, and media activations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with executive presence.
• Ability to operate in a matrixed environment balancing editorial integrity and commercial goals.
