What you will do

• Design and improve third-party risk and control frameworks, including outsourcing policies.
• Monitor and analyze third-party risk profiles to provide actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with Procurement, IT, and Risk teams to implement new regulations.
• Strengthen operational resilience by challenging stakeholders and improving internal controls.
• Translate regulatory changes into practical frameworks for consistent bank-wide adoption.

Requirements

• University level education with a Master’s degree in risk management or IT.
• Relevant certifications such as CISM, CISSP, CRISC, or RE.
• Strong understanding of operational and non-financial risk management.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and organizational awareness.
• Analytical thinking and ability to translate complex data into clear reporting.
