What you will do

• Prospect, pitch, and close new partnerships through networking, calls, and events.
• Grow existing client accounts and explore new growth opportunities to increase spend.
• Sell digital, video, branded content, OTT/CTV, and sponsorship solutions.
• Manage activity and pipeline using Salesforce to track goals and progress.
• Represent the brand at industry events to build credibility with agencies and brands.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver strong campaigns and integrate client feedback.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in media sales with a proven track record of hitting targets.
• Strong knowledge of digital media sales, specifically video and OTT/CTV.
• Established relationships within the outdoor, fitness, or active lifestyle industries.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and Google Suite.
• Proven skill in prospecting for new business and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Must be based in or able to perform the role from Colorado, USA.

Nice to have

• Experience with programmatic advertising.
• Familiarity with AI tools like Claude and Gemini.
• Active participation in outdoor activities such as running, cycling, skiing, or hiking.
