What you will do

• Generate sales within the assigned territory via telephone and electronic sales techniques.
• Map business and technical benefits to end-user requirements using lead generation lists and cold calling.
• Coordinate with partners and resellers to identify and close new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with channel sales and system engineers on territory planning and execution.
• Maintain and update the Salesforce CRM system.
• Contribute to company growth by consistently achieving individual and team quotas.

Requirements

• English: Proficient level required.
• Proven B2B sales experience (preferred).
• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
• Experience driving sales processes across internal and external teams.
• Location: Must be permanently located in Romania.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce.com.
• Proficiency in MS Office automation tools (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
