Corporate Account Manager (B2B Sales): Sell hirify.global services to small and medium corporate clients (50-250 employees) in assigned Bucharest territory with an accent on prospecting, qualifying opportunities, and closing sales. Focus on client retention, portfolio expansion, and achieving new sales quotas through direct outreach and networking.

Hybrid Bucharest: Must be available to travel in allocated area: Bucharest, Ilfov, Ialomita, Calarasi, Prahova, Dambovita counties. Clean driving license B category required.

What you will do

  • Sell new hirify.global products and services to prospects, including prospecting, needs discovery, proposals, negotiations, and closing deals until handover to account executive.
  • Retain existing clients, ensure profitability, and expand relationships by introducing new products or increasing usage.
  • Prospect new clients in assigned territory via calls, face-to-face meetings, and networking.
  • Maintain domain knowledge for client conversations and execute retention activities.
  • Report sales activities in CRM and prepare efficient travel plans to cover territory.
  • Participate in industry events, networking, and use social media for lead generation and business growth.

Requirements

  • University degree.
  • Relevant expertise in B2B sales services roles.
  • MS Office, CRM knowledge; LinkedIn and similar tools.
  • Understanding of KPIs.
  • Clean driving license B category; availability to travel in Bucharest and surrounding counties.
  • English – medium level (writing, reading, speaking).
