What you will do

  • Execute strategic sales plans to drive new customer growth across the International Defence sector.
  • Build and maintain long-term partnerships with key influencers and decision-makers in the military community.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer use cases, internal decision-making nuances, and budget cycles.
  • Provide thought leadership to integrate real-time alerting products into customer workflows.
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasting on a quarterly basis.
  • Advise on strategic sales recommendations based on competitive activity and market trends.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Romania
  • 5+ years of successful enterprise software or SaaS sales experience.
  • Proven track record of selling technology solutions within the Defence or Military sector.
  • Adept at navigating and influencing all customer stakeholders in the buying process.
  • Exceptional communication skills for establishing value propositions.
  • Understanding of open source information and possession of appropriate security clearance.
