What you will do

  • Lead new business acquisition by targeting and engaging new logo accounts.
  • Develop and execute outbound sales motions to build and maintain a robust pipeline.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from cold-calling and qualification to negotiation and closing.
  • Articulate the value proposition of database solutions to diverse stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and client records in SFDC and Clari.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine lead qualification and outbound strategies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales role.
  • Proven track record in high-volume, high-velocity sales environments.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal) is mandatory.
  • Must be based in Romania.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales engagement tools like Sales Navigator and Salesloft.
  • Strong hunting skills with a focus on new logo acquisition.

Nice to have

  • Database sales experience.
  • Fluency in additional European languages.
