What you will do
- Lead new business acquisition by targeting and engaging new logo accounts.
- Develop and execute outbound sales motions to build and maintain a robust pipeline.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from cold-calling and qualification to negotiation and closing.
- Articulate the value proposition of database solutions to diverse stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and client records in SFDC and Clari.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine lead qualification and outbound strategies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales role.
- Proven track record in high-volume, high-velocity sales environments.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is mandatory.
- Must be based in Romania.
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales engagement tools like Sales Navigator and Salesloft.
- Strong hunting skills with a focus on new logo acquisition.
Nice to have
- Database sales experience.
- Fluency in additional European languages.
