TL;DR

Account Manager, Mid Market I (HCM): Growing a designated book of business by selling compensation data sets, software, and services with an accent on revenue upsell and strategic renewals. Focus on driving business value presentations to C-suite executives and HR professionals to exceed sales quotas.

Location: Remote (US). Unable to hire in Hawaii, Quebec Province, and Northern Ireland.

Compensation: $60K Base + $60K Commission (OTE $120K)

What you will do

  • Execute revenue upsell opportunities within a specified book of business.
  • Collaborate with Renewals Managers to scope and execute strategic renewals.
  • Generate new business opportunities through SDR, CSM, and RM partnerships.
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Develop and deliver a territory business plan in coordination with sales leadership.
  • Maintain account and pipeline opportunity forecasting using Salesforce.com.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of software sales experience.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Experience selling to C-level executives (especially CHROs) and HR personas.
  • Must be based in a supported region (cannot be in Hawaii, Quebec, or Northern Ireland).
  • BA/BS degree strongly preferred.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling Human Capital Management (HCM) or Compensation SaaS software.
  • Knowledge of specifically assigned territories or accounts.
